These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Little Lens Photography (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and govern your use of our website and photography services.

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We specialise in early childhood and childcare photography across Melbourne’s eastern and southern suburbs. Our services include:

• On-location photography sessions at childcare centres
• Delivery of high-quality edited digital images
• Secure online galleries for families and centres

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or online form.
• Session dates are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us.
• No upfront payment is required by childcare centres.
• Families may purchase images directly through our online galleries.

3. Consent and Photography Release

• Children will only be photographed if a signed consent form is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
• We do not photograph children without prior written consent.
• Images may be used for promotional purposes (e.g., our website or social media) only with explicit permission.

4. Image Delivery and Use

• Galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks of the session.
• Images are provided in digital format via a secure online gallery.
• Purchased images are for personal use only and may not be used commercially without written permission.
• Copyright remains with Little Lens Photography unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If a session needs to be rescheduled due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen events, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative date.
• If a centre cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to limit future bookings.

6. Privacy

• All personal information and images are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
